• Sugar-free biscuits
  • Yahooh (roasted grain coffee)
  • Rice syrup
  • 1’5 cup spelt drink
  • 1’5 cup oat drink
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup ground roasted almonds
  • 1 tbsp tahini or almond paste
  • 1 tbsp agar-agar powder
  • 1 tsp (heaped) kuzu
  • Cocoa powder


  1. Mix the oat and spelt drinks, tahini, almonds, vanilla, salt in a pan and bring to boil. Then add the lemon zest 🍋. Sprinkle the agar agar-agar and stir to dissolve. Add the kuzu (dissolved in 2 tbsp of cold spelt drink) to the rest. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 5 o 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, put the biscuits in a tray (use some baking parchment underneath) and pour some rice syrup on them. Then add boiled yahooh to soak the biscuits well.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the biscuits. Let sit in the fridge until hard. Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
