INGREDIENTS:
- Sugar-free biscuits
- Yahooh (roasted grain coffee)
- Rice syrup
- 1’5 cup spelt drink
- 1’5 cup oat drink
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup ground roasted almonds
- 1 tbsp tahini or almond paste
- 1 tbsp agar-agar powder
- 1 tsp (heaped) kuzu
- Cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the oat and spelt drinks, tahini, almonds, vanilla, salt in a pan and bring to boil. Then add the lemon zest 🍋. Sprinkle the agar agar-agar and stir to dissolve. Add the kuzu (dissolved in 2 tbsp of cold spelt drink) to the rest. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 5 o 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, put the biscuits in a tray (use some baking parchment underneath) and pour some rice syrup on them. Then add boiled yahooh to soak the biscuits well.
- Pour the mixture onto the biscuits. Let sit in the fridge until hard. Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
