Applesauce

Learn how to make this delicious and naturally sweet dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apples (cut into wedges)
  • Raisins and dried apricots
  • Water
  • Unrefined sea salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon zest

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and peel the apples, cut them into half moons and place them in a saucepan with raisins and dried apricots, a lemon peel and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add cinnamon (powder or stick).
  3. Lower the heat (add a little water if necessary).
  4. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes
